Term 4, Week 8 | 2023

2023 has been a tapestry, woven with many memorable moments. It has been a year of reconnection, regrouping, and rediscovery following the challenging times brought about by the Covid era.

Throughout this transformative period, Kildare has remained committed to placing students at the heart of every endeavour. The canvas of our experiences this year has been painted with the many strokes of innovation and creativity while maintaining a focus on the wellbeing and growth of our students.

Thank you to our Students

This year, our students have again shown us how capable, resilient, patient and adaptable they are. They are part of many different year levels and groups but stand as one with their strength and love to make a difference in our world.

For some students, this has been a challenging year, with each student walking their own path and navigating their own story. Each student is incredibly precious, and throughout the year, they have grown and shown courage with all that has been achieved.

Thank you to our Families

We would also like to thank all of you. Kildare is special because of our College community. Success at our College is a collaborative effort between our students, teachers, and the crucial partnership formed with you – our families. We graciously thank you for supporting, mentoring and shaping our young people into who they are today. Thank you for the support and love you have shared with us throughout the year – we sincerely appreciate it.

Thank you to the Staff

To all the staff, we thank them for everything they have done this year. We thank them for their energy, skills, wisdom, professionalism and passion. It has been a busy year, and each time, the staff have risen to the challenge with a positive and flexible approach, ensuring that all the students are engaged and enjoying their learning.

At this time of the year, we acknowledge and thank staff members leaving Kildare. We wish everyone all the very best for the future as they embark on their new adventures.

Gratitude and Appreciation

Finally, each day, our students teach us the importance of advocating for their convictions, championing righteousness and demonstrating a great sense of justice. Witnessing their growth and developing new skills is a truly beautiful experience, marked by a remarkable blend of strength and gentleness. They continuously teach us to have Courage and to speak and act with integrity.

We are so very proud of them.

Thank you so much for your love, patience and support this year.

Wishing you a safe, healthy and Happy Christmas.

Many blessings always,

Tina Neate | Principal
